Respecting the privacy of medical information is important to us. We understand that it is personal and we are
committed to protecting it. Patient records are kept in order to provide quality care and to comply with legal
requirements.
M. Jeffrey Zackary, MD, MB, BCh.
Dr. Zackary finished his medical school in 2002 from Assuit Medical University in Egypt after which, he did his surgery residency at Good Samaritan hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio which is affiliated with University of Cincinnati. He went on to do his Anesthesia Residency at Upstate Medical University Hospital in Syracuse, New York, which is affiliated with Birgham and Womens Hospital and Harvard Medical School of Medicine. After residency he went on and did a Pain Medicine fellowship at Upstate Medical University with a multidisciplinary approach to pain management including Psychiatry, Neurology, Rehabilitation medicine, Palliative care and abundant focus on interventional pain procedures.
Dr. Zackary has been married to his wife Nicole for 15 years. He has four children whom he loves to spend time and play video games with. He also enjoys the outdoors and reading his Bible.
Lisa M. Prebish, MSN, FNP-C, BSN, ADN, RN.
Lisa graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 1997 with her Associates Degree in the Science of Nursing. She practiced nursing at Metro Hospital in Cleveland, Barberton Citizens Hospital and Wadsworth Rittman Hospital. The majority of her hospital experience was in critical care. At Wadsworth- Rittman she managed the Intensive Care Unit and was also an active participant in the initiation of the Palliative Care Unit. In 2010 she transitioned from inpatient hospital care to an out patient pain management clinic, based in Akron. While there, she attained her Bachelors Degree in the Science of Nursing in 2011 from the University of Akron. Three years later, she graduated from Malone University with a Masters Degree in the Science of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in family practice. After graduation, she practiced family medicine in Cleveland for one year.
Lisa started here part time at Wooster Pain and Anesthesia in 2015. Later that year, she became a full time asset to our facility and has been caring for our patients ever since.
Lisa has been married to her husband for over 30 years. She has three grown sons and considers their success in life her biggest accomplishment. Her hobbies include: exercising, cooking for family and friends, and watching movies.
